Android Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company, which produces products on IOT-based smart home systems, located in Technopark with 11 years of R&D history, needs teammates. He will be involved in the development processes of smart home management, voice control, SIP communication systems and android supported automation control products on mobile devices.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • At least 2 years of experience in mobile application development programming
  • Developed applications on Android (Java or Kotlin) platforms
  • Experienced in integrating Web Services (REST API, WebSocket, JSON)
  • Experienced in using version control system (Git)
  • Proficient in JIRA project management platform
  • Experienced in object-oriented programming
  • Experienced in Google Firebase, Realtime Database
  • Knowledge and experience in publishing applications on Google Play
  • Proficient in fragment and management
  • Able to use 3rd party libraries and organize them according to requirements
  • SDK user experience
  • Has at least enough knowledge of English to follow documents
  • It is preferable to have developed voice control applications
  • We need teammates who are experienced in transferring designs on Figma into practice.

Human Resources Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
  • Experienced in the fields of Payroll, Personnel Personnel and Industrial Relations in manufacturing companies,
  • Knowledgeable about the laws regulating business life (Labour Law, Unions and Collective Bargaining Law, SGK General Health Insurance and Income Tax Law),

  • Following up the enforcement deductions received by the personnel, notifying the lawyer, making monthly deductions from the salaries and ensuring that the deductions are paid to the relevant enforcement office.,
  • R&D SSI Incentive and R&D Income Tax Deduction calculations, tracking and reporting of other incentive applications utilized,

Technical Support Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • To be an Associate or Bachelor's degree from one of the universities' Computer, Electrical/Electronics, Communication, Automation and System Engineering departments,
  • Residing or able to reside in Uşak,
  • Experienced in automation products or open to self-development in this field,
  • Having a command of the basic network topology and having the necessary network management structure,
  • Curious about technical issues, able to think analytically and reporting,
  • Result and customer oriented, high communication skills, problem solving and multi-tasking ability at the same time,
  • Prone to teamwork, strong verbal and written communication,
  • For male candidates, not related to military service or postponed for at least 2 years,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Installation of the products, software and hardware that we produce under the brand of İnohom Smart Home Systems, on the customer side with remote connection and telephone support,
  • Performing technical tests, designs and integrations in coordination with the R&D department,
  • Meeting technical support requests from distributors and dealers,
  • Providing technical support to the sales team on engineering-related issues,
  • Organizing in-house and dealer trainings,
  • To provide the highest level of satisfaction by producing solutions with a proactive perspective in case of malfunctions in the customer.

Mechanical Design Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Industrial Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Product Design departments of universities,
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in plastic injection parts, design and production,
  • Able to make 2D/3D technical drawings suitable for sheet metal processing processes,
  • Knowledge of the production of plastic consumables,
  • 3D mold modeling, mold improvement processes,
  • Able to use Solidworks, Autocad, Keyshot, Corel, 3D modeling etc. programs,
  • Inspecting the produced parts together with the production departments, making mold and part revisions when necessary,
  • Preparation of technical guide documents of the products,
  • Dynamic, prone to teamwork, with high problem-solving and communication skills,
  • Open and willing to research/development, following the innovations in the sector.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of surface coating materials and application techniques,
  • To have 3D animation solutions and industrial design skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparation of the mechanical parts used in our smart building automation products for molded manufacturing in accordance with plastic injection, sheet bending, monitoring of metal/plastic surface treatment processes, designing products and accessories according to needs. Realization of designs, tracking and reporting of processes in accordance with prototype and mass production of products. Preparation of stand cutting files specific to customer demands. Rendering 3D models of designed parts and preparing product technical manuals.

R&D Incentive and Project Specialist

We are looking for an R&D Incentive and Project Specialist who will work in the Project Development department of our company, manage business processes effectively and add value to our team.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Having at least a bachelor's degree.
  • Having the ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) programs effectively.
  • Being or able to reside in Uşak province.
  • Having experience in R&D projects, R&D center/Technopark operational processes.
  • To have knowledge about R&D incentives, payroll calculation and applications.
  • To effectively manage the technical and financial reporting processes of R&D projects.
  • To operate the R&D center annual reporting and certification process.
  • Preferably, to have the knowledge to carry out the necessary processes and actions regarding Intellectual and Industrial Property rights.
  • Ability to regularly follow up and report work and follow up academic literature.
